Li Baoying born in Beijing
Currently works in Sydney ,Beijing. The Permanent Artist In residence for Lake St Clair, Tasmania.

1978-1982; Study oil painting at the prestigious Oil Painting Department of Central Academy of Fine Art. Beijing.

1982-1985; Art Exhibition Curator & Art Teacher in Chun Wen Culture Centre.

1985; Curator of well know 1985 art exhibition: "November Exhibition" (十一月画展) of the Beijing Museum Gallery at Beijing Imperial Palace.
1986; Art Editor in National Defence Industry Press, successfully renovated leading the Shen Jian magazine.
1987; Group show: "Toward Future" at the National Art Museum Gallery of China. Beijing.
1989; Solo show " A Chinese Woman View" at Griffith University. Australia.

1990; Solo show at Dean's Gallery. Australia

1991- 2005; 20 group shows, Australia.

2006-2009, Studied postgraduate program at College of Fine Arts, UNSW. Sydney. Baoying's works are figurative, landscapes and portraiture in oil, acrylic and mixed media. she has participated 30 groups exhibitions and 4 solo exhibitions both in Beijing and Australia. from National Art Gallery of China , the Imperial Palace Museum Gallery of Beijing, the universities and the private galleries. her works have been collected nationally and internationally.

李宝英北京人。1982毕业于中央美术学院油画系第三画室。2006-2009在新南维尔大学美术学院就读研究生。李宝英的作品主要是人物，风景和肖像。运用油画，丙烯及混合材料。其作品在中国美术馆，故宫博物院画廊和澳洲悉尼市政府展厅，大学及私人画廊等参与了30个联展，3个个展。作品被收藏于国内外的大学，画廊，公司及私人。李宝英曾作过美术教学，组办画展和美术编辑。近日在研究尝试将新材料运用到表现人物上
